4 Timings in KS1 Start of day The bell will ring at 8:50am to signal the start of the day. The children should line up outside of the year 1 door. 5 Structure of the day How does a Year 1 Class differ? The Year 1 children will be taught the subjects in the National Curriculum which they will follow until Year 6 and beyond.
