3. The Vickers Energy Management System (EMS) is a centralised control system designed specifically for the control of industrial heating – warm air heaters, radiant tubes and alike. The system uses self-learning predictive programming coupled with high accuracy digital temperature sensing and many energy saving features to ensure the existing heating on site is controlled in the most efficient way. The system ensures that the desired temperatures are attained and maintained in the right areas at the right times but also that energy consumption is reduced. Average savings at industrial sites are a 43% reduction in heating gas (or oil) consumption. With over 4,500 installations and being the only controls company to have ever attained the Queen’s Award for Environmental Achievement for proven savings and reductions in emissions we are able to quote accurate savings in our proposals & work with clients to monitor the results.
