2 Annual Report-New Data Elements Physical Item Circulation (previously called Total Materials Circulation) Circulation of Electronic Materials (added this total in 2015; sum of E-books, Downloadable Audio and Downloadable Video) Successful Retrieval of Electronic Information (in 2015 called Usage of Electronic Databases) Electronic Content Use = Circulation of Electronic Material + Successful Retrieval of Electronic Information Total Circulation of Materials = Physical Item Circulation + Circulation of Electronic Material Total Collection Use = Physical Item Circulation + Circulation of Electronic Material + Successful Retrieval of Electronic Information

4 Annual Report-Reminders 1 The number of statewide databases – enter one time per system. For example, # GALILEO databases is only entered once per system. Local databases # may be different within your system if your libraries purchase them individually. GADD libraries – should all have at least the same minimum numbers since have access to same titles. GADD items should only be entered once per system; not for each library in system.

5 Annual Report-Reminders 2 State funding reported = State funding distributed Federal funding includes Prime Time, STEM, STEAM grants Federal Notes on edit check page– please include a thorough explanation with detail Bibliostat Collect is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Firefox 1.5 or higher or any other Web browser compatible with these browsers. Google Chrome is a browser that cannot be used to access Collect at this time. Bibliostat Collect does not currently work properly in Internet Explorer 10 and higher. To resolve this, turn on Compatibility View.

6 Annual Forms – 2016 State Grant Completion Report – 2017 Application for State Aid – 2017 Certifications – 2017 Signatory Authority – 2017 Roster of Board of Trustees Forms --must submit electronically through GPLS website Forms due at same time as Annual Report on September 21 State Grant Completion Report – submit prior to auditor visit (may be before Annual Report/Forms deadline) Application for State Aid – addition: employee evaluations requirement
