4. Annual Report-Reminders 1 The number of statewide databases – enter one time per system. For example, # GALILEO databases is only entered once per system. Local databases # may be different within your system if your libraries purchase them individually. GADD libraries – should all have at least the same minimum numbers since have access to same titles. GADD items should only be entered once per system; not for each library in system.
