1 Re Enrolments 2010 Processes for Semester 1 2010

2 New Enrolments APS – payments made on MEVI in usual way Walk Up enrolments to be staggered over several days from Wed 27 Jan 2010 to Mon 1 February 2010

3 Allocated Enrolment days Wednesday 27 January – various courses inlcuding Business Administration Thursday 28 January – Apprentices and trade Courses and Accounting Friday 29 January – Business and IT Courses Monday 1February- General Ed and Access Languages (ESOL) conduct tests from Thursday 28 January

4 Information Sessions An information Session held in the enrolment period Wed 27 Jan – Mon 1 Feb can be followed by enrolment if required. This applies where Information Sessions are scheduled on or after the agreed enrolment dates

5 Contacting Students 18 December 09 -Course Completions run and transcripts mailed out with re enrolment information. 21 December 09 -Create Re enrolment offerings 21 December 09- Add student to offerings 11 January 2010 – Mail out of Fee Notification

6 Re enrolment on MEVI Students pay/finalise enrolment via Bpay, Post Office, at the college in person or by phone. Final payment date is 22 January 2010. Student Services SI to provide lists of students who have paid before 27 Jan 2010

7 Information given to Students Please do not ask students to pay at the college during enrolment days 27 January to 1 February 2010 A copy of any handouts or information given to students regarding re enrolments is to be submitted to Operations Manager prior to distribution
