12 I chose IGA, Save-on-Foods, and T&T because they have cheap prices for fresh products. Costco sells portions that are too large and I cannot eat quickly. T&T tends to have better rice, noodles, and vegetables, while Save-on-Foods is my main grocery store. They often have sales, and sell a quantity suitable for my size. These stores often have fliers and club prices (clubs you join for free) where you can get discounts. Also, buying groceries at Costco requires a membership, which is too expensive for my first year.
