8. Second Level Land Certification As of the 18 th December:  Operating in 18 woredas,  Demarcated 1 million parcels,  Entered 700,000 parcels IMASSREG,  Digitised 800,000 parcels,  Commenced Public Display in 67 kebeles,  56,000 land certificates approved and printed.

9. Rural Land Administration System  Clear procedures for recording transactions at the Woreda land office,  Refurbish and equip Woreda land offices,  Provide a computer system for recording transactions,  Technical support for land policy.

10. Rural Land Administration System  RLAS Manual completed and regionalised,  Refurbishment and Equipping complete in 8 woredas,  Training of trainers at regional level complete,  IWORLAIS to be established in first 8 woredas in December

11. Making Markets Work For the Poor (M4P)  Three sectors identified: 1.Land rental sector, 2.Access to finance sector, 3.Environment and conservation agricultural sector.  14 Interventions confirmed
