4 Project Goals Provide efficient and cost conscientious program and design that utilizes the available construction budget to maximize the usable area within the building Provide flexible programs and spaces that can be adapted to a variety of different uses in the future as the campus grows and develops Provide programs and spaces that attract the largest number of students and provides a dense population utilizing the building for the largest part of the day Provide programs that will support and propagate a diverse and balanced group of students; ethnically, culturally and by gender.
