17 Whose Homework?  Check your student’s homework for: –Completion –Understanding –Quality  Assist your student with: –Practicing math facts 5-10 minutes daily –Reviewing math concepts for Chapter Tests –Reviewing returned corrected papers  READ WITH YOUR CHILD DAILY!

DON’T…  Plan activities or appointments during the school day  Be your student’s valet  Send candy/junk food or sodas  Do your student’s homework  Forget to read with your student daily!
