5. Home Page View Alternative Request was made to investigate adding a View By feature on home screen which will allow visitors to choose how they wish to view the matrix. By default, the site will load the full matrix but this will allow them to select a specific time frame or workstream Questions: Is this to replace the functionality of clicking a workstream or time frame box? Should that functionality still exist? How critical is this functionality? 5

Phone Number Formatting Request : Allow the contributor to format the number as they choose using the characters of ( ) – and spaces in typing their number of up to 20 characters Reasoning for request: By default, there is no formatting in the phone number field As discussed, masking can be added to the field to format the numbers that the contributor types Example: 01224330000 becomes (0)1224 330 000 This masking must be added for each country code available in the Country Code dropdown Not all countries have one single defined format for displaying numbers While we can add still add masking for a few specified countries, this then creates an inconsistency for users which could cause confusion or issues 18
