I see the model as a filter that the coach can hear and listen through with intent for and of the client and then through powerful questions begin a process of creating a space for the client to gain clarity of purpose for the goals he/she wants to achieve. I am an empathetic sounding board for the client filtering the concerns back to the client offering options and perspectives that continue to foster increased understanding and clarity about the next best steps to take. 3. Clarity Coaching Model The idea of the filtering system came to me in a conversation with another Coach as a way to look at clarity.
