Leaflet inviting residents to initial consultation events – 4 questions –Early Summer 12. Vision and Objectives Document – 298 Responses –Winter 12 Draft NDP – 110 responses Over 4000 hours of time by working group

16 The Challenges No Up to date Local Plan No 5 Year Housing Supply Developer Pressure –Multiple applications (currently 15 “live” applications) –Planning Boards –Appeals and Public Enquiry Training for planning officers/LPA interpretation With all that – we have a LEGAL CHALLENGE!! Therefore our NDP is not yet full Planning Policy carrying the weight it should in the planning process
