10 New item to be proposed – P3333.1.3 Proposed PAR : P3333.1.3  Title : Standard for the Quality of Experience (QoE) and Human Safety for 3D, HD and UHD contents  Scope : This standard establishes methods of contents analysis for quantifying quality of experience (QoE) and proposes human safety recommendations regarding viewer, display, and viewing environment on 3D, high definition (HD), and ultra-high definition (UHD) contents. The purpose of this standard is to define some objective models for QoE, and establish guidelines for reducing risks to users entertaining realistic contents over 3D, HD, UHD, HMD and portable devices Project Timeline  PAR Request : 30-Jun-2015  PAR Approval : 3Q-2015
