POLICE COLLEGE HISTORY POLICE COLLEGE HISTORY  Higher School of Internal Affairs was established by a Decision of the Republic of Srpska Government on July 1, 1995.  The teaching cycle in that school lasted five semesters, i.e. two and a half school years.  Higher School of Internal Affairs was transformed to Police College following the Decision of the RS Government, starting from October 1, 2002.
