16 6/9/201616 DBE Requirements NYSDOT has set a goal of 8% for DBE Participation. This can be either the Prime Consultant, or a Subconsultant. Only firms certified in NYS qualify, and they must be listed in the UCP Directory: http://biznet.nysucp.net/ http://biznet.nysucp.net/ All firms are req’d to complete Attachment #9 DBE Participation Information. Firms not meeting the 8% must (a) complete Attachment #10 DBE Participation Solicitation Log and (b) DBE Goal Attainment Explanation Letter. Attainment Explanation Letter.
