Some are already implemented and some to come.  More use of Technology;  Mobile access to the national intelligent system “INDICIA”  Mobile access to national police register  Mobile ANPR  Mobile evidence instrument to test impaired drivers roadside  VTS (Vehicle Track System) in all cars

Some are already implemented and some to come, cont..  Amending legislation and national directives  During the 2 first years the drivers will get the double numbers of penalty points and loose the licence at a lower level of speeding  Training program for drivers who have lost their licence during the 2 years test period, with focus on understanding and identifying risk  Zero-tolerance principle for drugs and use of saliva test for random drugs testing – like for alcohol  A special marking of vehicles used by new drivers for the first 6 months  Deny criminals driving licence ore withdraw the licence if using the vehicle to commit a crime National Mobile Police Service
