2 Vision - To be a leading Maintenance and Construction Services Provider in the North West – April 16 Who we are Housing Maintenance Solutions (HMS) was established in July 2011. Our purpose is to undertake maintenance and construction activities for communities, residents and home owners in the region. HMS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liverpool Mutual Homes. We are an award winning building and maintenance contractor delivering services to customers across the North West of England.

Different to other contractors, we are a customer service company delivering maintenance and construction activities. This approach and positive distinction is what has and will set us apart from other companies. HMS is a community employer of over 330 people.
