10 Servus Methodology We at Servus Limited utilize the following to achieve optimum value for you our client. We perform building surveys in order to assess the existing status of the assets. We develop a comprehensive plan that includes budgetary requirements and a maintenance register. We adhere to established procurement policies which incorporates SLAs and KPIs that ensure vendor compliance. We are ISO 9001:2008 Compliant.

13 Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) WebTMA allows for real-time data entry and automatic notifications, keeping our Clients up-to-date on the status of Work Orders. The system provides an array of reporting facilities, giving our FM Teams the information needed to make the most feasible decisions from both a strategic and operational standpoint. The system allows for Planned Preventative Maintenance thereby allowing for proper proactive works planning, giving clients the power to better manage their recurring Facilities Management jobs, whilst working closely with our FM Teams to ensure that these works always occur in a timely manner.
