Stone Lock ® Pro © Stone Lock Global, Inc. Identity Verification The problem is not the establishment of an identity. The problem is: how to positively confirm (or deny) a person’s identity? We need to know it’s really you, and not just your image, or someone posing as you. That is true authentication. Authentication has become a big challenge in today’s world. Keys, cards and codes establish identity but don’t provide true nonrepudiation of identity. The solution to the problem of identity verification can be found in biometrics.

Risk of Credential Only Deployments No Deployment of a Biometric can Result in: Vulnerable Customer Sites Inability to Ensure True Identity Hundreds of Hours of Onsite Support Damaged Product Reputation Potential Rip and Replace https://threatpost.com/blekey-device-breaks-rfid-physical-access-controls/114163/

Stone Lock ® Pro © Stone Lock Global, Inc. The Problem Biometrics Solve There is a growing need to prevent risks or damages associated with the establishment of personal identity. Conventional identity credentials are inconvenient They can be shared misplaced, even stolen Credential only verification can create a problem in Access Control Nonrepudiation is not assured Keys, cards, and codes—the conventions of the day: Are intended to state “I am who I say I am”. That means the logic of the security is “because I hold this key or know this code, I am the person permitted to have access”, although keys and codes can be shared or stolen and used by anyone.

Stone Lock ® Pro © Stone Lock Global, Inc. Facial Recognition as a Biometric Stone Lock Global is doing things differently: Overcoming the stigma attached to facial recognition Using Near-infrared and non-image based verification separates us from other biometric readers, and is a primary factor for the interest in our facial recognition technology Developed a technology that is easy to deploy and use in a wide variety of settings Allows for the user to have a fast, frictionless experience while still enabling an FAR (False Acceptance Rate) better than 1/250,000

Stone Lock ® Pro © Stone Lock Global, Inc. Stone Lock ® Pro Ideal For Access Control A frictionless, intuitive, user-friendly experience Fast, accurate, reliable and secure Proven to meet the most stringent security requirements How Stone Lock ® Pro Works Merely approaching the faceplate triggers activation, with no contact and minimal effort Once detected, user is flooded with near infrared light, values are measured as they reflect off a user’s face confirming a match within 1 second for known subjects Authentication occurs independent of ambient light (0-6000 Lx) enabling access in total darkness The Ultimate in Security + Convenience!

STONE LOCK ® PRO A secure, frictionless biometric for access control © Stone Lock Global, Inc.

Stone Lock ® Pro © Stone Lock Global, Inc. Attributes Supports high throughput ~1 second per user authentication Scans a user multiple times a second working to eliminate false rejections Initial enrollment takes less than 15 seconds and you only have to enroll once Proven FAR better than 1/250k (0.0004%) Users enroll with and without eyewear to gain access in a single profile Proprietary algorithm, firmware and hardware Easily distinguishes between facial expressions and identical twins Tested by Fortune 500 Companies & Independent Labs

Stone Lock ® Pro © Stone Lock Global, Inc. Capabilities Real-time Event Capture: All successful and denied attempts logged – simple jpeg, time stamp, credentials used Dual Faceplate Applications: Mantraps, two-way entry/exit, ADA Applications ADA Applications: Passive and accurate—requires NO contact Live Video Stream Ties Back to Your VMS: Provides a “street-level” view of what the Faceplate is seeing Temporary Access Situations: PIN or Card Only access options available

Stone Lock ® Pro © Stone Lock Global, Inc. Integration Capabilities Biometric Management Manage all biometric templates in simple interface to enroll and move them to the areas they have access to User only needs to be enrolled once to gain access to all of the appropriate units Remote Biometric Enrollment Administrators can remotely enroll their users with any Stone Lock Pro device on the network Credential Management User biometric is paired with their existing personnel credential Expirations, access data will be moved to all appropriate Stone lock devices Permission & Schedule Management Provides end user with on screen visual feedback based on access Enables Stone Lock Pro to manage the door directly
