3. 1. Product Components The Multi-Programmer consists of board of 16 sensor cradles. Components: 1x Board of 16x separate cradles 1x 15V DC power adapter 1x mini USB cable 1x cradle base 3

Software Installation The drivers below should be installed in PC before start to install the Cub Multi-Programmer software:  dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe – For.Net framework that will let the program be executed  PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1.9.0.exe – For allowing the connection from the PC to the Multi-Programmer  AccessDatabaseEngine.exe – For installing Microsoft Access (if necessary) The Multi-Programmer currently only supports 2 Printers: Zebra GC420D, GC420T or DYMO: LabelWriter 450. 5. 2. Software Installation (continued) After you have installed the necessary files in the previous link, go to Cub’s TPMS website, http://www.cubautoparts.com/ and click on the Software Download link on the upper right side http://www.cubautoparts.com/ 5

6. 2. Software Installation (continued) You will be required to log in with your previously registered account by entering your e-mail address and password. 6

7. 2. Software Installation (continued) Once you have logged in, select the file “Multi-Programmer Program_V1.3_FW_V1.9” to start downloading 7

8. 2. Software Installation (continued) Once you have downloaded the file, double-click on the folder “SensorProg” 8

9. 2. Software Installation (continued) Finally, double click on “ProgSensor” to launch the program 9

10. 2. Software Installation (continued) The program window below will pop-up. The default version is V1.3 for the software and V1.19 for the firmware. 10

11. 2. Software Installation (continued) Plug the power cord to the Multi-Programmer. Connect the Multi-Programmer to your PC via the USB cable. Connect the label printer to your PC via the USB cable. 11

12. 2. Software Installation (continued) Important note: Currently, the Multi-Programmer is only compatible with below label printers and label sizes:  Zebra: GC420D, GC420T Label size : 50 x (25+25)mm  DYMO: LabelWriter 450 Label : SKU: SD11355, Size: 19 x 51mm 12

13. 3. Software Use Check that your Multi-Programmer is connected to your PC. If there is a connection, the “Connection Status” on the program window will have a green light. Setup information is also shown at the right, showing ID format, Print status and Printer model name. 13

14. 3. Software Use The upper menu of the software has the following options: Setup, Update, Program, Repeat and Help. 14

15. 3. Software Use (continued) In the Setup option, there are three sub-options: Print, Printer and ID Format 15

16. 3. Software Use (continued) The Print option is to print sensor labels. The Printer option is to select a printer. The ID Format option is to define the sensor ID format. 16

17. 3. Software Use (continued) Select the Printer option and a small window will pop-up, asking you to select the new printer to add. After you select the printer, click on submit. 17

18. 3. Software Use (continued) Select the ID Format option and a small window will pop-up, asking you to select what ID format you wish to give to the sensors. Press Submit to confirm your selection. 18

19. 3. Software Use (continued) Place the sensors on the cradles. Each cradle has a number. You can place as many as you want and up to 16 at the same time. Please note, regardless of whether you want to program only one or more than one sensors, a sensor must be placed in position 1 at all times. 19

20. 3. Software Use (continued) Choose the Program option in order to program 1 or more sensors. Make sure the sensor(s) are placed in the cradles. 20

21. 3. Software Use (continued) The following window will pop-up. Please select the Car Maker, Model and Year (MMY) of the sensor you wish to program. You may also add a purchase number to be printed on the labels. When you are ready, click on Submit. Your selection will be summarized in this area 21

22. 3. Software Use (continued) When you submit your MMY selection, the below window appears while the sensor(s) is (are) being programmed. It will take around 20 seconds and when finished, you will hear a beep. If you have your print option activated, the labels will be printed out automatically. 22

23. 3. Software Use (continued) When finished programming, a screen similar to the one below will appear with all the programmed ID numbers for all positions. If a cradle is empty or if there is an error in the programming of that position, it will appear in red color in the sensor matrix. 23

24. 3. Software Use (continued) As an example, the screen below shows that the sensor positions 6 and 11 were either empty or had an error in their programming (please check that the contact between sensor and cradle is adequate) 24

25. 3. Software Use (continued) If you would like to program the same MMY selection many times, put the sensors on the cradle slots and select the Repeat option to avoid having to select the MMY again. 25
