Due to academic semesters beginning, September has always proven to be the highest point of NSBE Recruitment. So we must maximize this window of opportunity with a concerted effort called, “The NSBE Recruitment Month.”

The first large-scale Membership Engagement for this term. It will set the tone for our year. We will utilize chapter reporting and membership surveys to gain initial data and metrics on our members This will be a jumpstart for other membership Initiatives
