2 Principal Accountabilities  Monitor, track, interpret, and share Oil & Gas industry, competitive, and innovation trends that can impact the MHC portfolio  Assess Oil & Gas industry trends, market size and structure, competitor benchmarks, and perform value chain analysis.  Work with Finance department and OpCos to develop and deploy data analysis models and tools  Coordinate and assist the Manager Strategy and Performance in the analysis of OpCo financials, regulatory and economic information, and financial periodicals to interpret data concerning price, yield, stability, and future trends of MHC OpCos.  Assist in development of strategic and tactical business plans for existing O&G business units/OpCos and potential new O&G businesses.  Develop, monitor, and update OpCo KPIs and performance metrics  Assess, evaluate, and monitor O&G OpCo performance against plan and budget and suggest corrective actions as necessary  Liaise with OpCo management to roll out and implement Holdings-directed initiatives  Counsel with OpCo leadership to address and rectify business and performance issues  Create and distribute periodic OpCo performance reports  Participate in portfolio company steering committee meetings  Support Manager Strategy and Performance in the preparation of documents required to communicate with stakeholders and shareholders Role Profile - Senior Business Analyst, Oil & Gas (cont’d…) Corporate Strategy Environmental Monitoring Business Strategy and Cross-company Interactions  Assist Manager Strategy & Performance in development of OpCo, O&G Sector and Corporate strategy.  Work with Oil & Gas OpCo teams to create strategies and execution plans.  Conduct valuations on Oil & Gas portfolio OpCos and make recommendations on changes to the focus and levels of investment/ resource allocation.  Participate in/lead mini-consulting engagements on the top issues facing individual business units/OpCos or the overall MHC Holding company.  Contribute to O&G sector growth by identifying and prioritizing potential business opportunities and conducting evaluations of potential investments, strategic partnerships, and/or M&A activities  Identify and explore potential O&G business and investment opportunities in both GCC and international markets  Develop network in O&G industry to source business and investment leads  Assist in due diligence in evaluation of investment opportunities  Develop and present investment recommendations to Manager Strategy and Performance Business Development
