REGISTRATION $55 made payable to AFL Victoria Maximum $65 for each centre All participants that register and pay online by 26 March 2010 will receive a family pass to a selected game of their favourite team Centres are encouraged to hand out flyers rather than manual registration forms Each centre can collect posters, flyers, rego forms, certificates, stickers and envelopes

4. ONLINE PAYMENT In season 2010 online payments will incur a 3.47% processing fee Previously this fee had been absorbed by Sporting Pulse and now they are passing it onto the users As an incentive to pay the additional fee (approx $2) the Club Connect program is being offered to these participants The funds transfer and payment process will operate the same as last year but in addition a centre can set up their own PayPal account

5. DISTRIBUTION Backpacks and other resources will be delivered to our region on Thursday 4 March and Friday 5 March Please let me know your preferred day and ensure your delivery details are correct Each centre will receive allocation of backpacks and footballs along with 3 x caps, 1 x polo, 2 x long sleeve t- shirt and 1 hooded jumper Also each centre will receive a coordinators kit posted out from AFL and this will include CD Rom, NAB programs, newsletter template and awards Additional resources and apparel can be ordered through www.aflauskick.com.au at cost to centrewww.aflauskick.com.au

6. FOOTYWEB DATABASE We need to ensure all contact information, venues, cost and start up dates are correct on the database This will drastically reduce the amount of phone calls received NAB requires start dates ASAP for programs and staff involvement Information from site is gathered for reporting purposes so it is vital that we have this up-to- date

FEMALE PARTICIPATION Posters and flyers are available for distribution at school visits and other promotional activities There will be a female super-clinic at Windy Hill on Sunday 11 July for 120 participants The attendees will then participate in half-time games before Melb v Ess at MCG in afternoon Cost ($100) for Female coaches at level 1 Course will again be subsidised by AFCA Western Region Other initiatives?

9. AFL PLAYER VISITS Bulldogs will outline their dates North Melbourne to visit Wyndham centres on Saturday 22 May and Saturday 12 June North Melbourne super-clinic @ Chirnside Park on Wednesday 7 July from 2pm-4pm Please complete and return Evaluation Form after visit

10. 4020 IN 2010 Level 1 Coach Course @ Victoria University on Monday 3 May and Monday 7 June CC and DM of the Year Award again this year Please nominate coaches for Coach of the Year Please read through Grievance Resolution Procedure and Child Protection Policy (contact me if any queries) Centres can play at half-time of VFL games (contact DM) and local club (contact relevant league to inform) New CC Induction next Tuesday @ Seagulls Nest, 1 Mason St, Newport (6:30pm-7:30pm) Please ensure all documentation is completed and returned when requested Thanks and have a great year!
