3. © «Samruk-Green Energy» LLP Parent company information 3  “Samruk-Energy” JSC was established on 18th April 2007 and officially registered on 10th May 2007;  100% of equity is fully owned by “Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC;  The group incorporates 22 entities and is a vertically integrated electricity provider, operating within the borders of Kazakhstan. Its key focus areas are:  Generation of electric and thermal power (71% thermal energy and 29% hydro energy)  Transmission and distribution of electric power  Supply  Coal mining  Reconstruction, expansion and construction of power generating facilities and units  “Samruk-Energy” JSC controls 40% of the electricity generation in Kazakhstan and is strategically important for the national economy.

Planned activities  Approve the feasibility study and the tariff in Ministry of Industry and New Technologies  Organization of financing Construction of 50 MW WPP with the perspective of expansion up to 300 MW

10. © «Samruk-Green Energy» LLP Hydro power plant projects on Bartogai 10 Completed actions:  Investment-Innovation Council of «Samruk-Energy» JSC has approved the realization of pre-investment stage of the Project by acquisition of the share capital of “Zharyk Su Ltd” LLP;  The obtaining of land plots (2 and 3.1 hectares) for construction have been approved;  The contract for water use has been signed;  Technical review of the technical-economical analysis of the project is carried out; Planned activities  Acquiring the interest in the share capital of Project Company when the due diligence is completed;

11. © ТОО «Samruk-Green Energy» Using straw in electrical energy production 1 Completed actions:  Investment-Innovation Council of "Samruk-Energy“ JSC has approved the implementation of pre-investment stage of the Project;  Social-entrepreneurial corporation «Essil» has chosen 2 land plots in Akmola region of construction of plant;  Social-entrepreneurial corporation «Essil» has chosen potential suppliers of fuel; Planned activities  Project feasibility study development.

12. © «Samruk-Green Energy» LLP Assembly and production of small scale wind turbines 1212 Completed actions:  «Samruk-Green Energy» LLP and KD Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH has signed the Memorandum of cooperation;  Agreement of intent on possible sale of products with the "KazAgroFinance“ JSC is signed; Planned activities  Signing the Framework agreement on establishment of a joint venture;  Project Feasibility study development.

13. © «Samruk-Green Energy» LLP Perspective projects 1313 «Samruk – Energy» JSC and «Samruk-Green Energy» LLP are considering the possibility of developing following new projects: 1.Expansion of Kapshagay solar power plant up to 100 MW; 2.Construction of 45 MW Solar\Hydro mix station; 3.Construction of 300 MW solar power plant in the South Kazakhstan region.
