Market Orientation  This shall be 2.5 to 3 hours interactive session on Employment Trends, Fresher Hiring, upcoming sectors and new companies setting up operations in India.  This session shall give the reality picture of where they stand in the highly competitive employable crowd and how to address the Gap. GD Techniques  This shall again be 2 to 2.5 hours of classroom session on how to handle a Group Discussion, what is expected, evaluation parameters etc.  Unlike theory this also gives solutions by addressing “What If” situations where students can relate to their experiences. This shall be followed by mock GDs as per number of students. PI Techniques  This shall again be 2 to 2.5 hours of classroom session on how to handle a Personal Interview, what is expected, evaluation parameters etc. Unlike theory this also gives solutions by addressing “What If” situations where students can relate to their experiences.  This shall be followed by mock PIs as per number of students for all the students. This PI shall not only evaluate students on soft skills but also on few basic technical skills depending on their specialization simulating the real time situation.
