9. About: The building was built before the advent of LEED in Canada Environmental perfrmance could be evaluated as LEED Gold or potential to achieve LEED Platinum. The construction achieved all project objectives including budget. The cost was about $33-35 million

Green features: Built on a brownfield site (Brownie award) 47% above the Model National Energy Code in energy use, roughly 200,000$ in annual savings Reused material from deconstruction of five historic buildings, 1960’s bank and a parking lot.
