1 UPLOADING VIDEOS TO KSU DROPBOX edTPA Program Kent State University, College of EHHS

2 Using the link provided by your instructor, navigate your browser (Chrome or Firefox) to the Drop Box for your program. Login using the student password also provided by your instructor.

3 Once you have logged into DropBox, you should see a list of folders with the last and first name of the students in your course. Click once on the folder with your name to open it.

4 Once you have opened your folder, you should see a screen like the one above. To upload a file click on the “+Upload” link at the top left.

5 After clicking, “+Upload,” the screen above will load. At this point, stop to ensure that your files are the correct file type (MP4 or WMV is best for videos) as well as labeled with the correct file name. To upload your files, click on the “Choose Files” button in the upper left of the screen.

6 A pop up window will open for you to select your file. Navigate to the location on your computer where the file is store and click on the file to select it then click the “Open” button in the lower right of the box. Click this first Click this second

7 After clicking “Open” you should be taken back to the last screen and it should have the file name you choose next to the “Choose Files” button. If this is the correct file, click the “Start Upload” button to the right of the file name.

8 Files may take a few seconds to several minutes to load. Slower connections may take longer. Leave the window open until you see the message “Filed Uploaded Successfully!” and the file in the entry list. Files are listed in the order they were uploaded, with the most recent file first and the oldest last. When you are finished, click “Logout.”
