8
Practicum: Learning Object Design and Development Instructional Design for eLearning Problem Solving 8 How did we answer those questions? We used our own thoughts, facts, and experiences to come up with the best solution HEURISTICS
9
Practicum: Learning Object Design and Development Instructional Design for eLearning Heuristics 9 The use of Heuristics implies: – You have some parameters to measure by Foundational, industry standard, and then personalized – You have some experts to lend experience In-house, external, or third party What if we’re not experts yet?
10
Practicum: Learning Object Design and Development Instructional Design for eLearning Hands-On 10 What you should create: Development. Prototype and evaluation - Handout: choose the 10 heuristics you think are most important - Create an evaluation that your Alpha Team would complete - Optional: Attempt to complete the evaluation yourself - Optional: Create a second evaluation for the Beta Team Questions you ask should be specific to your project
