The opportunity Within the Goodyear Innovation Center you will be part of a focused and passionate HR team. The main purpose of this entry role is to gain insight into our employee population and organization through deep data analysis. This role is an integral role in providing data, metrics and KPI's that help drive key business decisions and is key in driving our masterdata accuracy forward. This role is naturally exposed to a variety of HR areas and need to process, maintain analyze HR data in different HR Systems for different aspects. Among other responsibilities you will have to: Troubleshoot data and reports. Drive Master data accuracy. Prepare data to discuss and clarify requests for projects, highlight issues, and make recommendations to address issues and priorities. Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support to drive the HR value proposition Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs & system changes Assist the other HR team members in specific projects To join our team you will need: Education: A bachelor degree in Human resources or any related field is required. A Master Degree is considered as an asset Languages: English is a must. Any other European language is an asset Experience: 2+ years experience performing statistical data analysis in a business environment, particularly dealing with human capital data is an asset Skills & Qualifications: Ability to translate complex data analysis and research principles into terms that can be understood by a broader audience. Skilled at manipulating and managing large, complex databases, spreadsheets and queries and generating organizational metrics to assist with business decisions Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent project management skills Strong attention to detail, collaborative and ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment Excellent IT Skills (Access, Excel, general data architecture, data visualization and HR Systems) Ability to manage all subjects with a High confidentiality behavior Be a team player Goodyear is one of the world’s largest tire companies.
