3. Reviewing Progress 1.Using your PCTL grades complete the “Tracking Your Progress And Commitment” sheet on page 9 of your ELR. 2.Using the “My PCTL Review” form (email attachment) work through boxes A and B and assess which subjects were most and least successful and why.

4. Focus On Improvement 3.Now complete box C with the 2 main how to improve codes. 4.Use the “PCTL How to Improve” target sheet to decide which of the targets (or your own unique one) you will use and complete the targets boxes in part 4. These targets can be general or subject specific.

5. Completing The Targets And Reviewing Them Ask your parent to sign the form. Copy your targets into your Extended Learning Record on page 10. Return the review form to your tutor who will store it ready for your next review.

6. Making Progress You need to work hard to achieve these targets over the next few months. You will be able to review your progress with your tutor in due course.
