2.  Most of the services developed by the government are not efficiently managed by the officials and goes into dustbin,So a secured system that enable an ordinary person to directly apply for a service and track the status has been implemented.

3.  Various categories covering the internal official management concepts associated with the information of the services and user application with different levels of abstraction.

4.  Manual process that list the available schemes provided by the Government.  SWORD, a toolkit determines whether a desired service can get from existing services.  Services are mainly concerned only with Government Employees.
