Builds Target of 2 Major Releases/ Year Named by year and 1st or 2nd  8.2.0 = 2nd feature release in 2008  9.1.0 = 1st feature release in 2009 Major Releases include added Features and Bug Fixes. Minor releases done when needed by deployments  8.2.1 = 1st minor release based on 8.2.0

Integrating Customizations Customization Key‏  A USB Key that contains Customization Boot Files Desired Activities Desired Content  Installation is a Two Step process Image Builder  For Large Deployments‏  Requires coordination with OLPC  Production and Installation is Simplified

Localization Translations  Coordinate volunteers to translate Sugar and Core Activities in OLPC’s translation system  Work with Developers to incorporate translations into other Activities. Keyboard Layout Changes (If Needed)‏  Coordinate with OLPC any keyboard changes.  New keyboards require a long lead time and a minimum order.  Thoroughly test Keyboard Layout
