12 DECONTAMINATION Decontaminating the victims. Protecting Medical Personnel. Disposing of contaminated protective equipment.

13 EQUIPMENT Necessary to treat victims. Protect Personnel. Mitigate Hazardous Conditions. All equipment must be available, in working condition and unobstructed.

14 FOLLOW-UP & DOCUMENTATION Notify Outside Agencies. After emergency, team members meet and conduct critique of actions. Restock equipment and supplies. Replace or repair any damaged equipment. Review contingency plan for changes.
