4 SLEEP AND IMMUNITY It is said that not getting enough sleep can affect your immunity, and that can bring both mental and physical health problems. The immune system is in charge of protecting us, but if for any reason this is not taking action then it will not succeed in its job.

5 HOW DOES SLEEP AFFECT OUR IMMUNITY?
More About Studies show that our T-cells go down if we are sleep needy, and if there are any swollen cytokines (small protein released by cells that have a reaction on the communication between other cells), therefore it can be more easily exposed to different diseases.

6 SLEEP AND FEVERS Lack of sleep can also affect how we fight illnesses having a low level of immunity. It is common for our bodies as self defense fight infection with fevers. It is said that there is a reason why fevers increase during the night, this is because they have a better reply. Studies have also shown that if we dont sleep in this case, then the fever will not be ready for our anti-bodies to fight against it.

7 LACK OF SLEEP AND VACCINES
Those who are Sleep needy are also more likely to get less insurance from flu vaccines. It has been proven that we can produce less anti-bodies to certain types of vaccinations if we become sleep deprived. LACK OF SLEEP AND VACCINES
