3. Key Terms: Fair: free from bias, dishonesty and injustice Justice: fair and reasonable. Injustice: not fair. Prejudice: an opinion not based on reason or experience. .

It is assumed that we are all brought up with the idea or right & wrong. We have a duty & responsibility to be law abiding. Our conscience helps us to judge this.
Social reasons;
lack in education or qualifications;
no positive parental influence;
excitement
a sense of achievement
poor home conditions
poor role model
boredom, drugs, alcohol or gambling addictions.
Psychological reasons;
Maybe people are just selfish & greedy, using any method to get money. Violence in TV programs may encourage this.
Environmental reasons;
Unemployment lead to financial difficulties
Peer pressure to join gains involved in knife & gun crime
Inadequate or overcrowded housing or a deprived background.
