祂所賜的，有使徒，有先知，有傳福 音的，有牧師和教師，為要成全聖徒， 各盡其職，建立基督的身體，
11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 

4. 直等到我們眾人在真道上同歸於 一，認識神的兒子，得以長大成人， 滿有基督長成的身量，
使我們不再作小孩子，中了人的 詭計和欺騙的法術，被一切異教 之風搖動，飄來飄去，就隨從各 樣的異端；

5. until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.

6. 惟用愛心說誠實話，凡事長進，連 於元首基督，全身都靠他聯絡得合 式，百節各按各職，照著各體的功 用彼此相助，便叫身體漸漸增長， 在愛中建立自己。

7. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

9. 成長的三個要素：
The Three Elements of Growth:
1. 真理 Truth ：
對神的兒子有一致信仰和認識
unity in faith and the knowledge of the Son of God

10. 2.恩典 Grace ： 因愛我們 In love: 祂揀選我們 He chose us 得兒子的名分 He adopted us 罪得赦免 He forgave our sins

11. 你是個知恩，感恩，報恩的人嗎？ Do you recognize His grace, give thanks for His grace, give in return to His grace?

12. 3.時間Time ： 「直等到」 “until we …”

13. 我們怎樣幫助别人成長？
How do we contribute to people’s growth?
間接方面 Indirectly:
在團契中將人帶到神面前與祂聯繫
Connect people with God in fellowship
鼓勵人藉著各樣屬靈操練常與神聯繫
Encourage people to connect with God through spiritual disciplines

14. 為别人的成長常常祷告
Pray for their growth
我們負責常與神聯繫，神負責改造我們， 使我們更成熟
“We do the connecting, God will the work of perfecting.”

15. 直接方面Directly: 委身團契/小组 Commit to connect 與喜樂的人同樂，與哀哭的人同苦 Rejoice and mourn together 彼此擔當重擔 Carry each other’s burdens

16. 互相認罪彼此代求
Confess and pray together
彼此鼓勵
Encourage each other
各人以恩赐彼此服事
Serve each other with the gifts received

17. 常有的攔阻 Possible hindrances: 太忙碌 Busyness 避免與人深交 Avoid intimate relationship 只委身教會聚會與活動 Committed to church meetings and activities but not relationship 只有付出 Always on the giving end
