1. Creating a Zip File with a Password

2. 1.Right Click on the File or Folder you want to Zip. 2.Choose “Add to Zip”

3. 1.Verify file save location and file name. 2.Click on the password button.

4. 1. Enter the password and click ‘OK”. It will prompt you to enter the password again. Enter it and click “OK”

5. 1.Click Add 2.The file is created and saved in the location you indicated 3.Attach it to an email as you would any other file.

6. Opening a Zip File with a Password

7. 1. Choose the Zip File or Double click the attachment on the email.

8. 1. Choose “Extract”

9. 1. Choose the location you want to extract the file to.

10. 1. Enter the password. 2. Click “OK”

11. 1.Close Win Zip by Clicking on the “X”.
