1. As the Vice President of Marketing I want our product and field marketing teams to be able to create, publish and organize product content on brand- specific pages and promotional/program content on business unit pages so that ISRs can easily retrieve information we publish. [A requested navigation and page structure has already been developed and submitted.]

2. As the Vice President of Marketing I want to be able to monitor page activity metrics using Google Analytics to identify trends and create bets practices for optimal content topics, formats, frequency, etc.

3. As the Vice President of Marketing I want our field marketing team to be able to provide Marketing calendar functionality so sales management and ISRs can easily see what Tier 1, tier 2 and Tier3 retail events are happening by location, and when. So we can more effectively plan and execute marketing initiatives worldwide, and generate leads. Workaround – Val will upload Excel calendars to the Marketing Intranet

4. As the Vice President of Marketing I want our product and field marketing teams to be able to designate content for view/usage by select users based on profile/persona, so relevant content is provided to the reader. Workaround – All content will be visible by all employees and ISRs. Regional content will be identified through the site structure.

5.Incorporate interactive functions that will help us create more engaging content – e.g., survey/quiz function, content rating system, blog function 6.Integrate reporting content from internal sources 7.Integrate content from external third party sources – e.g., manufacturer sites, industry sites, consumer interest, etc. 8.Deliver portal content to users based on their designated preferences or selections - RSS feed-type delivery? 9.Identify new content since a user’s last visit, so an ISR knows what’s been added.

Our “Definition of Done” is: -User stories #1 and #2 are complete and tested and all members of marketing team are able to publish content successfully

Survey the sales force prior to rollout about effectiveness of information distribution and then 3,6,12 months after rollout; if rollout happens in stages we will need to revisit the survey timing
