Therefore, no payment is planned until after the end of the project. EXETER, MIRALab are transferring some of their budget to UHAN; the last pre-financing payment will be organised taking into account the budget transfer agreement.

8. haptex.miralab.unige.ch Funded by: FET-IST-FP6 (IST-6549) HAPTEX HAPtic sensing of virtual TEXtiles Review August, 2007 8Audit Financial Requirements An audit certificate is needed for the whole project period (3 years) 45 days to report to the EU MIRALab sends the usual reporting file by email (costs, PM and Form C) Partners provide data by email to MIRALab in order to be checked Partners will have provided signed paper Form C and audit MIRALab needs to have sent both yearly and whole project period financial reports If the financial reports are accepted by the EU, MIRALab should get the final payment to distribute to all partners.
