12 To SERVE We are Building a New Way with Our 2016 Stewardship Campaign – The Stewardship Campaign has started and will culminate with a Stewardship Celebration Sunday on March 13th. Stewardship packets will be distributed. The inspiration for this year's stewardship campaign comes from a hymn in our hymnal “We are Building a New Way". Our strength comes from friends and members who support our missions and programs. As a community we find spiritual meaning in social justice. The missions and projects we implement at FUSP help us live our values – to “build a new way” in our community and in the world. Our strategic plan will take us into the future – “rebuilding our congregation” - so that our FUSP community is here for future generations. Your generous support of time and money is appreciated to build our new way for the future of FUSP, our missions and programs.

13 To Serve Secret Pal Program Secret Pals is a fun intergenerational program where adults (or teens) are matched up for 5 weeks. This successful program has become an annual event at FUSP and is fun for everyone. Over a 5-week period (February 21 st – March 20 th ), adult friends or teens (ages 12 and up) send special things to their young friends (age 3 -11). The child does not know the identity of the adult/teen Secret Pal. The Secret Pal can place a postcard from travels, stickers, craft project ideas, clues to their identity, things that share their interests and personality with the young friend, inexpensive gifts (such as from the dollar store or Five Below), etc. for his/her young friend in the Secret Pal’s bag. If you sign up, you are responsible for placing something in your pal's bag each week. These bags will be tacked to the wall in the Stevens’ Wing from February 21 st thru March 20 th. Please do not spend more that $10 total on your surprise items. The children may also leave notes in their bags for their Secret Pals. MORE INFORMATION in Weekly Announcements and on Bulletin Board. Pick up a form at the "Secret pal" table in the Parish Hall.

17 NEXT SUNDAY’S WORSHIP February 28, 2016 What is your Mission in Life? with Rev. Anthony Johnson. Each of us has many desires. Some desires are of little consequence, say, my yearning for the macaroni and cheese at the (now, sadly, closed) Blackberries in Plainfield. Some are of great personal consequence, having to with love and relationships. Equally consequential are desires for professional or business success or to make a change in the world. What desire is so central to you that you must achieve it? What is your mission in life?
