4 Shared reading is a stand alone programme (02-03) Level : P.1 Reader : Clown Sessions : 1 Focus : objects seen on the book What can you see? What colour is the hair?

5 Shared reading is integrated into the curriculum (03-04) Textbook Unit 2: Birthdays Unit 4: Shopping Unit 6: Colours we see Activities : shopping game Birthday party : a speaking activity in which students can apply what have been learnt in the module in authentic tasks, e.g. play the games and get the food in the party output authentic and meaningful use of language input Other resources: task books task books worksheets Small readers: Clown
