2  2014-19 Campus Plan Submitted- June 2014  Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment Review Teams:  48 Plans to be reviewed in Sept. and Oct.  2-page overviews of each plan will be submitted to the Provost in Nov.  Campuses and budget units will receive updates sometime after this review process  Draft of the Submitted Plan (passed around for campus review)

3  Introduction  Progress  Visioning  Goals  Strategies/Actions  Performance Measures  Sub-Plans  Budgeting  Planning Process  Appendix

4  One Campus  Academic Excellence  Part of One University  Viability and Sustainability  Within Larger Society  Local/Global Connections

5  Areas of Leadership  Actions and Assessments will be discussed with individual departments and areas to kick-off the new plan for 2014-15.  Benchmarking  Data/Info will be collected in 2014-15 to set the stage for the other 4 years.  Two specific examples of assessment will be Undergraduate Program Reviews and the Student Satisfaction Survey  Other Strategic Plans  A variety of campus plans will continue to be developed and assessed.  Progress Log  All data and information will be collected in a user-friendly format available to the campus and for reporting processes.
