1 Warm-Up Demonstrative Adjectives: Demonstrative adjectives point out a particular noun. This mammoth is huge. When a noun does not follow this, these, that, or those, these words are pronouns. This is my book.

2 Warm-Up Use a comma to set off items in an address. The address of the King Center is 449 Auburn Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30312. A proper adjective is formed from a proper noun, and it is always capitalized. A Chicago museum is home to the skeletons of one of these beasts.

3 Homework: Tuesday we visited seattle washington on our vacation Tuesday: Find the part of speech for each word (noun, pronoun, adjective, adverb, verb, preposition, conjunction, interjection. Insert editing marks to correct capitalization and punctuation.
