3 DESCRIPTION  It is a Gram-positive that lives in the mouth and metabolizes different carbohydrates, this creates an acidic environment causing tooth decay and cavities.

4 HOW IT ATTACKS AND SPREADS  Once it gets in your mouth, from poor dental hygiene. It sits on the tooth and attacks it, leaving a hole.

5 MOST COMMON VICTIM  Surprisingly enough, most people are victims of this virus. It is very common for most adults to have had this at least once in there life.

6 HIDE OUT OF THE CULPRIT  This culprit hides out on the rotting teeth, or teeth that have had poor dental care. This is why it is important to brush your teeth!

7 MOST COMMON INJURY  The most common injury of this culprit is cavities. This disease eats away at the teeth leaving holes in them.

8 IS IT CONSIDERED ARMED OR DANGEROUS?  When you think about it, Streptococcus Mutans is not that dangerous. It is very easy to cure and all though it can lead to something more, it usually does not and it goes away with proper treatment.
