3 Generate and Segment your list Board members  Are there any uncommitted?  Do any have unpaid pledges from current year campaigns and/or events?

4 Generate and Segment your list Top Donors-  Determine if there are any people that would warrant a face-to-face visit.

5 Generate and Segment your list Top Donors-  Determine if there are any people that would consider giving a challenge gift.

6 Event Attendees- Who Gave Who did not (a person who did not give beyond the cost of the of attendance or attended as part of a company/individual sponsored table Generate and Segment your list

7  Envelopes  Letter on letterhead stationery. If possible, use paper the size of personal stationery: 7 by 10 inches.  Enclosure (Optional)  Pledge or other response card  Reply envelope, decide whether your organization or the reader will pay for postage Order Supplies

8 Web Site: What does it look like? Is it current? Is it user friendly? Does the fundraising message match the message in the letter? Does it have a donate now button? Add the Donate Now Button to your emails during the campaign
