2 Learning Objectives Learning Objective: Student will demonstrate their ability to conduct research and prepare a presentation. Learning Objective: Student will demonstrate their ability to analyze, organize, prepare and submit a presentation on their assigned topic. Learning Objective: Student will learn from their research history, origins, current uses/applications, as well as futuristic uses of how CCTV can served them as Crime Prevention Practitioners in the future. Learning Objective: Student will gain experience in preparing and giving a presentation, thereby honing their delivery and public speaking skills.

3 TEAM ASSIGNMENTS TOPICS TEAM #1: History (origins) of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). TEAM #2: Where CCTV is now – common uses for CCTV today. TEAM #3: Future of CCTV – what is in development or currently being tested?

4 TOPICS - Continued TEAM #4: Explain how is Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) being used with lap tops. TEAM #5: Explain how CCTV could be used in building you are in for training. TEAM #6: Explain when and why you would recommend CCTV.

5 INSTRUCTIONS Each TEAM must research and find out as much as they can about their assigned topic. Combine each team members findings into a TEAM presentation, which shall be presented on Friday morning. Use Internet to find and document information.

6 INSTRUCTIONS – Cont’d: Each team member must provide some portion of information during presentation on Friday morning. Presentations cannot exceed less than 7-minutes nor more be longer than 10-minutes. Each TEAM must hand-in a written outline of the TEAMS presentation.
