How socialism works  More control than capitalism but less than communism for example people stil have the right to own a business but health care is the same for everyone Communism Capitalism Socialism

History of socialism socialism emerged from a diverse array of doctrines and social experiments associated primarily with British and French thinkers Henri de Saint-Simon, who is called the founder of French socialism, argued that a brotherhood of man must accompany the scientific organization of industry and society. He proposed that production and distribution be carried out by the state, and that allowing everyone to have equal opportunity to develop their talents would lead to social harmony, and the traditional state could be virtually eliminated, or transformed. "Rule over men would be replaced by the administration of things."[15]Henri de Saint-Simon[15]

History (cont.) By the early 1900s, the disparity of wealth in the United States was growing even more obvious, and socialist ideology was on the rise. In 1874, a group of socialists formed the Workingmen's Party, later known as the Socialist Labor Party. The group advocated the reform of social abuses, labor issues and other equality concernslabor issues

Advantages of socialism socialism  There no poor people and no super rich people  everyone gets the same health care

Disadvantages of socialism socialism  Socialism is bad in my opinion, but good for the dictator in charge psh. Bad thing is, is that you have no VOICE WHATSOEVER. Those who are smart, must be silenced basically. Good thing is, is that everyone is equal. No homeless people! Get's kind of boring though because everyone will get paid the EXACT SAME WAY, so what's the point of competition right? Exactly. People'll there will slack off and still get paid same amount. If we were living in Socialism
