6 QUANTITY The content on the Red Cross web site is extremely informative. However, the sheer volume of content present on each page can be overwhelming, especially to new users.

7 QUALITY Content is very informative, but the language and page structures can make it difficult for some users to understand.

8 EFFICIENCY Does the content support the user effectively? Does it meet their expectations? Does it give them the information they need to complete their action or task?
