4 Notes on Faxes 传真在日常工作中,尤其是商业上应用相当广泛。 传真由三部分组成。 第一部分:发、收传真双方的姓名、职位、地址、 传真号、日期、称呼和主题。 第一部分的格式为:第一行从左到右先写收传真 人的姓名(职位)和地址,然后是收件人的传真号。第 二行为发传真人的姓名(职位)、地址和传真号。第三 行写发传真的日期和传真页数。

5 Notes on Faxes 主题是传真内容的简单概括,目的是让对方在看 正文之前对内容有个大概了解。主题往往不是完整的句 子而是由短语组成,放在称呼后的第一行。 第二、三部分和书信格式一样。 一般情况下,公司有专门的传真用纸,上面已印 上公司的地址、电话、传真号。日期、对方电话和传真 号只要按格式填好即可。
