USES As with the pictures in the previous slide you can either have it on a stand or a handheld With the stand you can set it up and go work on other people With the handheld you have to work on the affected area I would use it as a way to help patients overcome their injuries faster and make their adjustments easier

5. PART OF MY JOB In my chiropractic care, I would use this laser to help patients heal faster. Chiropractors work with a lot of back pains and aliments. Adjustments would go better with a cold laser as it would reduce the swelling in the affected area. Patients wouldn’t have to come in as much to heal from an injury which would free me up to work with more patients.

9. RECOMMENDATION I have seen this work when I job shadowed at a chiropractic office. It helps to increase range of motion for joints after an injury. Ankle injuries heal so much faster with therapy like this also the joints goes back to preinjury size as well.
