3  For North America the leader was George Meade and defeated the South to end slavery  For South America the leader was Robert lee

4  More than 11 Southern colonies moved away to avoid becoming slaves

5  The battle of the Civil war took place in Gettysburg Pennsylvania more than 600,000 Americans died that’s the most in any war.
